NGO Platform is a product of WOIC Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), registered at B-857, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi 110096, India. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of NGO Platform. By creating an account or purchasing a website, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
NGO Platform provides a website, donation, member, campaign and content management platform for NGOs, trusts, societies and foundations, purchased as a one-time payment rather than a recurring subscription.
2. Pricing & payment
- The NGO Website package is billed as a single one-time payment (currently ₹6,000, discounted from ₹10,000), which includes 12 months of hosting and platform support from the date of purchase.
- The optional content setup service is a fixed one-time fee (currently ₹4,000) and is billed separately.
- There is no automatic or recurring billing of any kind. After the initial 12-month period, you may choose to renew your website for a further period at the price then in effect; nothing is charged without your action.
- All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank account details.
3. Refunds
Because setup work begins promptly after payment, the one-time website fee and the content setup add-on are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your request.
4. Accounts & verification
You must provide accurate information when signing up and verify your email address and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use NGO Platform to publish unlawful, fraudulent or misleading content, to misrepresent your organization's charitable status, or to solicit donations you do not intend to use for the stated cause.
6. Liability
NGO Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep the platform available and secure, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
