Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, mobile number and a hashed password when you sign up.
• Verification data: one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your email/mobile to confirm you own them. OTPs are stored only as a hash and expire shortly after being issued.
• Payment information: when you purchase a website, payment is processed by Razorpay. We store the resulting order/payment reference and amount — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Content you provide: the text, images and campaign details you (or our setup team, if you choose that add-on) add to your NGO website.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account, and to verify your email and mobile number.
• To process one-time payments for your website and any add-ons you purchase.
• To build, host and support the website you purchase.
• To send you service-related communication (receipts, verification codes, support responses).
• To improve the security and reliability of the platform.

Data sharing

We share the minimum data necessary with Razorpay to process payments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We retain account and payment records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes thereafter. OTP codes are deleted shortly after use or expiry.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account by writing to [email protected]. We may need to retain certain records (such as payment history) where required by law.
